- The Scottish Child Law Society provides a free confidential legal advice service via telephone and email, on all aspects of Scots law relating to children and young people. They help parents, relatives or carers, as well as young people who have a question about any aspect of child law. They can offer advice on parental responsibilities and rights, residence, contact, children’s rights, youth offending, education, health, social work, confidentiality and access to files.
