• Q2. Change On sale operating hours on a Thursday to 11.00am - 1.00am (currently 11.00am - 12 midnight) and on a Sunday to 11.00am – 12 midnight (currently 12 noon – 12 midnight);
• Q3. Change Off Sales operating hours on Mondays to Sundays to 11.00am – 10.00pm (currently 12 noon to 10.00pm);
• Q5 – Activities - amend columns 3 & 4 from No to Yes for accommodation;
• Q5 – Activities - amend column 4 (outwith core hours) from No to Yes for restaurant facilities, bar meals, receptions (including weddings, funerals, birthdays, retirements etc), club or other group meetings etc, recorded music, live performances, dance facilities, indoor/outdoor sports and televised sport;
• Q5 – Activities - amend columns 2, 3 & 4 to include films and outdoor drinking facilities;
• Q7. Capacity – amend capacity from 200 to 250; and
• Layout plan – amended to incorporate beer garden area to side/rear of premises and also an increase in the number of bedrooms from five to eight, along with changes to the front bar area and relocation of toilet facilities.
