- A well used path that leads across Cardrona Gold Course had been blocked. During this time the path has been cleared by local residents on more than one occasion but blocked again Information Request All information gathered in land ownership searches, including the dates of these searches. Each enquiry to the council is dealt with as resources allow. If the matter is assessed to be relating to a blockage of a path where access rights apply then it is processed when time and resources allow by the access ranger for the area where the issue is located or that has remit for the path affected. There is currently limited staff capacity in the access team.
