I would be most grateful if you would provide me details in respect to any Painting, Decorating, Refurbishment, Maintenance (this includes and planned or reactive repairs and maintenance), minor construction, and Passive Fire Protection services you have on contract. Please can you provide me with a list of all agencies/businesses awarded a place on each of the approved and related public spend frameworks.
The details we require are:
a) Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and were successful and not successful at the PQQ and ITT stages.
b) Actual spend on this contract/framework (and any sub lots), from the start of the contract to the current date.
c) Start date and duration of framework/contract?
d) Could you please provide a copy of the service/product specification given to all bidders for when this contract was last advertised?
e) Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so, the duration of the extension?
f) Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are being either extended or renewed?
g) Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract? Can you also please make sure this information is as up to date as possible at the time of receiving the request. - Response

B) – Spend Figures – £1.5 million between the 20th October 2023 to the 1st June 2024)
C) – Information can be found on the SBC Contract Register.
D) – Specification attached – “2 - RandM Specification Document”
E) – Framework is for a maximum of four years but is set out under a 2 + 1 + 1 arrangement.
F) – Decision will be made six months prior to the end date as to if the framework will be extended for a further year.
