We do not specifically record the number of people in arrears. This is because people who live together and people who are joint owners/tenants can be jointly and severally liable for paying Council Tax at a property. For this reason, we are providing the current number of Council Tax accounts in arrears rather than the number of people.
The attached document provides the current number of Council Tax accounts, broken down by year, that have an outstanding balance over £9.99 and are at Summary Warrant stage.
