- Q1 and 2. Please see attachment – Personal Names and addresses have been redacted from our response. This is because by releasing this information could potentially identify individuals. Therefore, we are relying on section 38(1)(b) of FOI(S)A 2002. Provision of funded Early Learning and Childcare places for eligible 2, 3 , 4 and 5 year olds not yet attending school. Services include childminders, and private and voluntary managed services who are on the Council Framework of Funded Providers
