The premises are situated in the corner of Market Square, Duns and consist of coffee/bistro seating area, kitchen and toilet. Two small tables will be situated immediately outside the premises on a wide pavement for on sale use.
Between 8.00am and 5.00pm the premises will operate as coffee house/café serving breakfast and a variety of lunches, snacks and light refreshment. After 5.00pm the premises will adapt to a bistro style of service serving evening meals. Alcohol will generally but not exclusively be sold to accompany food. - Applicant
