Amendments to Operating Plan and Layout Plan as follows:-
(i) the provision of a temporary bar facility in the external area at the front of the premises (as shown on submitted layout plan);
(ii) the inclusion of the external area as part of the licensed area and to be used for the following activities, namely, bar meals, restaurant facilities, recorded music and also with the provision to order by online app;
(iii) amend the terms of access for children and young persons to include the external area; and
(iv) the external area will not be used for the consumption of food or drink after 10.00pm. - Objections
