- As an addendum, could you please ask for the exact calculations used on each of those seven Deeds of Servitude costs, specifically those costs of 1 (for supply to social housing), 250, 1000, 4200, 5000, 5500, 12524.19.

- Many variables are considered when considering a servitude fee including: whether an alternative route available, value of benefited property with no servitude, value of benefited property with servitude, estimated cost of alternative route and detriment to burdened property. It is a complex process and ultimately usually involves an element of negotiation.
