Please could you provide me with the wording of the current council policies on: a) Granting deeds of servitude for laying utilities (water/sewerage/gas/electric etc) over council-owned land
b) Selling council-owned land - Response
- SBC does not have any specific policies relating to granting of servitudes or selling of land however SBC are under an obligation to obtain best value under the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973 and Local Government in Scotland Act 2003. Therefore , this information is not held, and we give notice under 10(4)(a) of EI(S)R 2004.
