Enquiry details: 22/01854/FUL It appears from the portal that this application has not yet been determined. As this is partly retrospective when will this be determined?
Roads planning have requested changes due to the dangerous road. I would like to know:-
A) why this has not been determined and when it will be determined.
B) copies of any documents pertaining to this and not loaded on the portal.
C) why my requests Ref xxxx and xxxx have not been answered in relation to this - Response

A) The application has yet to be determined as the case officer has requested additional drawings from the applicant. Once they are submitted the case officer will assess them in the normal manner and make a decision on the acceptability (or otherwise) of the proposed development. This may require further internal consultation with our Roads Planning Service. At this point, we cannot provide a date for determination.
B) No further correspondence is held regarding this application, beyond what is already available to view on the public access portal therefore we give notice under 10(4)(a) of EI(S)R 2004.
