- It was mentioned that a number in Management at SBC are working form home. If this is true, how many in the Roads Department and in the Parks and Cemeteries management are working from home, it was even said that one in management was working from abroad, this I definitely don t believe, this cannot be true.

- Scottish Borders Council has an Agile Working policy in terms of which employees can work in a hybrid manner if they wish and are able to do so and this aligns with service requirements. This is backed up by Team Agreements which detail the teams will engage with each other, the nature and frequency of meetings and whether these are online or in person. The entire management team from foremen and above in roads and parks and related services work from home in an agile manner.
