3.They have been advised that this is being done as part of a wider programme of surveys of the Live Borders occupied estate.
4. It was referenced at the March SBC Council meeting.

6. This is still to be determined as the survey is part of a wider body of work, as noted in 3 above.
7. Identified works is part of the overall assessment programme which will allow priority works to be identified. Some remedial work to prevent water ingress to the roof has been instructed for this building following the survey.
