We are making a request under the above act for information relating to the walkway/footpath at Bleachfield Road, Selkirk, Scottish Borders. In particular, we require the following information, including sight of any written or electronic communication, detailing:-
1. All maintenance and full-service reports of the walkway/footpath at the above described location;
2. All complaints made regarding the condition at the above described location;
3. All records of inspections at the above described location;
4. All accidents relating to the above described location;
5. The maintenance or repair policy relevant to the above described location; and
6. Any correspondence/documentation relating to any apparatus fixed on the walkway/footpath, temporary or permanent, and owned/ maintained by any third parties. We would also request any photographs held relating to the above requested information. We request the above information from 14 December 2021 to date. - Response
- The footpath in question is not inspected or maintained by SBC. This footpath was transferred to Scottish Borders Housing Association as part of the housing stock transfer. We received an enquiry about a bollard on this footpath and advised in error that reactive works were instructed. As we do not maintain the footpath, the works instruction has been cancelled.
