To ask, in your council area, what is the oldest pothole that remains unrepaired. In other words, according to your records, what is the earliest date at which you received a report of a pothole, and which hasn't yet been successfully attended to.
In addition, could you identify the location of this pothole, and on which date it was first reported. - Response
- The data for the repairs of potholes isn t stored in a manner which is accessible and would enable us to accurately report on the oldest pothole that remains unrepaired. Therefore we give notice under 10(4)(a) of EI(S)R 2004 and declare the information is not held. We are in the process of developing the Confirm Asset Management System for defect identification and instruction of repairs. This will allow us to report on the number of actionable defects on the adopted road network at any point in time.
