From a Procurement point of view there is no Interpretation and Translation Services contracts/frameworks.
Agreements and / or contracts with these services are decided by departments. To respond to your information request, unfortunately this would exceed the 600 cost threshold. Under S12 (1) of FOISA 2002 Scottish Borders Council is not obliged to comply with a request that is estimated to exceed this cost. In addition to information not being held centrally I would also like to explain that information recorded by individual departments does differ. Response as per Q4.
From a Procurement point of view there is no Interpretation and Translation Services contracts/frameworks, as and when required basis for the service.
