Response
193 186 7 N/R as Disabled Facilities Grant is only application in England and Wales, not in Scotland. We are unable to break this detail down into moving and Handing or other types of assessments as many are referred for a general OT assessment and each assessment would need to be checked. This task would take a considerable amount of time to complete and would exceed the threshold of cost incurred in responding to an FOI request, and we therefore apply section 12 of FOISA. Adults - 2.4 months (based on worker relationships) Children 0.6 months 0%. All community-based OT referrals are the responsibility of the Local Authority OT workforce. Scottish Borders Council does not hold NHS related information. Therefore we refer to S17 of FOI(S)A 2002 and declare that the information is not held. Go to Making a Request for information on how to make a request to NHS Borders under FOI(S)A. N/R see answer 2. N/R see answer 2.
