Whether the council has considered submitting a section 114 since 2021 and whether the council thinks it will submit one in the next three years (until financial year finishing 2027).

S114 doesn t apply to Scottish Local Authorities but I can confirm we have forecast balanced budgets in place over the 5 year period from 2024/25, albeit this includes some challenging savings targets, which the Council is planning for at the moment.
