Scottish Borders Council can advise that the records retention for Subject Access Requests is 3 years, and can advise we hold no information from before that date, However, we have basic detail held for 2020/2021, and this is included in the totals below. We have requested details from our education department in relation to Educational Records Requests and these details are included in the totals below. 2020 - 11
