* The value of each contract, including the amount awarded and any relevant terms.
* The start and end dates of each contract.
* Information on when tenders for the next round of contracts will commence, including any scheduled dates or timelines.
* Details regarding the platform or method used for the submission of tenders, such as an online portal or physical submission process. - Response
- The Council would consider this information commercially sensitive therefore section 33(1)(b) of FOI(S)A 2002 applies. To provide this information may prejudice the commercial interests of contractor. The release this information may give information regarding pricing policy of operators and also give unfair advantage should the information be shared Commercially sensitive information will typically involve any data which, if misused, could jeopardise a businesses' general commercial interests. An issue could arise if the commercially sensitive information is released to either a competitor or the general public. We have considered the public interest test and it will always be in the public interest for the Council to obtain best value and by disclosing this information would prejudice this.
