Technology Enabled Care transition to digital 2024. This FOI survey is intended for public service organisations that offer telecare and alarm monitoring services. 1. Name of your organisation?
2. Do you provide your own telecare services? If you use an external service provider, could you name who they are?. a) YES, our own in-house ARC b) NO telecare services c) We contract this out to an external call centre provider. The name of the service provider is: -
3. Have you standardised on devices/equipment? If not, are you able to chose from a range of devices/ technology? Any restrictions, frustrations, or specific experiences): a) Yes, we have standardised on: - b) We have the freedom to chose any device/technology
4.. Would you consider yourself digitally prepared for the 2025 A2D switch? Yes/ No/Unsure/partially
5. Are your main concerns related to device or ARC platforms or something other, (see below) DEVICES knowing what to buy, availability (supply chain issues), affording the new digital unit, compatibility with present ARC platform etc ARC PLATFORM is not digital, but we are still in contract and so cannot change, or awaiting upgrade to digital or other reason etc
6. a) What ARC platform do you use? b) When does your current contract expire? c)How many device connections do you have?
7. Are you thinking of joining the SHARED ARC PROJECT (yes/ No/Unsure)?
