- 1) The total number of licences granted by Scottish Borders Council for approval of premises for a civil marriage/partnership in the last three years a) figures broken down by year (2021, 2022, 2023) b) and figures for 2024 to-date / so far Please could you provide the requested information in electronic format, preferably as spreadsheet or excel document.

- Marriage (Approval of Places) (Scotland) Regulations 2002 is no longer in force as repeal of the approval of places provisions came into force from 1 September 2014. As this information is not held we give notice under Section 17 (1) (b) of the Freedom of Information Act 2002.
