- Unfortunately Scottish Borders Council do not hold the information you have requested. Therefore we give notice under s17 of FOI(S)A 2002 and declare that the information is not held. This information is held on pupils Young Scot Cards. We do not hold this information, FSM for secondary pupils is done via their Young Scot card. We have no record if they have lunches and therefore have no debt.
