Other advertising spend has also been excluded, for example information based adverts e.g. BT Phonebook. The spend included above covers, amongst other things, campaigns relating to festive waste and recycling changes, Cost of Living support information, COVID-19 support, and event advertising undertaken by the Council e.g. 2023 UCI Cycling World Championships. 20/21 14
