Nominations are now open for people interesting in becoming part of Hobkirk Community Council.

The closing date to put your name forward is 12 noon on Thursday 4 April.

The community council is made up of a maximum of nine members. In the event of there being more nominations than places, a ballot will be held.

How to apply

Get a nomination form from:

  • our website;
  • Blacksmith’s Shop, Hobkirk;
  • or call 01835 826556

Completed nomination forms should be returned to Hobkirk Community Council Election, FREEPOST RRBU–KBCB–JBJG, Democratic Services, Scottish Borders Council, Newtown St Boswells TD6 0SA.
