Payment details
Once we’ve validated your bank details we’ll make arrangements to pay you the 'thank you' payment. Please note that this is paid monthly in arrears, beginning from the date that your guests arrive.
You’ll also be asked every month to confirm that the guests are still resident in your home. It’s really important that you tell us as soon as possible if they move out so that we can stop making payments to you.
