Why can I not report things to you directly using social media? Why do I always get directed to your website?

We said

It’s something that we will consider for the future but the technology and resources that we have at the moment don’t allow us to respond directly to every query on social media. We have recently made a significant investment in future technology which will allow us to be more responsive to customer enquiries. This will include things like web chats, the ability to track progress of enquiries and getting the best out of social media.
