Healthy Lives Week

Scottish Borders’ Healthy Lives Week 1-7 October 2018

The Scottish Borders Health and Social Care Partnership and wider partners are asking you to play #yourpart and make the right choices to:

  • keep healthy and active
  • access the right services, at the right time and in the right place
  • use of the wide range of local support services available in communities

If everyone does this, it will have a huge impact on your health and wellbeing, and vital services, such as:

  • minimising time spent with a GP or in hospital
  • reducing pressure on services which are becoming increasingly stretched

How can you play #yourpart?
