We are extremely grateful to our commissioned services who are doing all they can to ensure essential services continue to be delivered at this extremely challenging time. Whether you are delivering homecare, running a residential care home or maybe supporting key workers by providing an early learning and child care setting, your efforts are greatly appreciated.

PPE

We are working closely with NHS Borders colleagues with regard to the latest guidance around PPE and continue to keep providers updated as quickly as we can.

  • if you are a provider registered with the Care Inspectorate and require PPE, you can now call the COVID-19 Triage Helpline on 0300 303 3020
  • direct payment carers or private care homes who require emergency PPE can phone our Customer Advice and Support Service on 0300 100 1800

Advice on COVID-19 for healthcare and education settings
