Recovery of belongings from PHS
Latest update: 12.15pm Thursday 16 January
Collection of remaining belongings
Further items have been recovered during ongoing work at the school.
This includes items from the following classrooms:
- T1, T2, T3, T4, T5, T7 and T9
- ML3, ML4, ML5, ML7 and ML8
- Art Room 3
- In addition, hockey kit from a cupboard close to the old gymnasium has also been retrieved.
If you wish to view or collect these items please attend the Lower Crush Hall at the Assembly Hall between 9.30am and 3.30pm on Saturday 18 January or between 9am and 1pm on Sunday 19 January. Please access the school through the gates at the bus ‘D’ drop off area and follow the path/signage to the Assembly Hall. If either of these dates are unsuitable, please contact our School Estates team.
Any items not recovered this weekend will be held for a period of two weeks and then disposed of appropriately.
- Our initial assessment has highlighted that an encouragingly high amount of work has survived, including exam work, pupil notes, portfolios and artwork. A specialist retrieval company has been commissioned to assess all these items. If anything is not suitable to retain, it will be scanned or photographed so it can still be used as evidence, albeit in a different format.
