Summary
The 2007/08 Local Transport Strategy (LTS) document is produced in three parts, the main body, and tables in Appendix A and Appendix B. It replaces the first LTS document which was produced in 2001. There have been a number of local achievements and changes in national transport policy since 2001 and the Scottish Government has indicated that this second LTS document should be designed to incorporate these changes. The document should be valid for approximately three years.
