As part of the Scottish Borders Festival of Walking there are many evening events organised throughout the week.The week starts with a Walker’s Welcome Reception where wine, cheese and a warm welcome awaits you. Throughout the week there are lots of opportunities to socialise with fellow festival goers. Be it tapping your foot at the traditional song and story night (Sangs and Clatter), learning about ‘Gala’ through an interesting history presentation (In an' Oot O' Toun), visiting the local cinema festival film at the local Festival Film Night, getting spooked on the eerie Ghost Walk, testing yourself at the Quiz Night and jigging the night away at the Grand Ceilidh, we have an excellent selection of activities for you to enjoy.
