    There’s no excuse for youngsters across the Scottish Borders being bored during the October holidays with another jam-packed sports and physical activity programme on offer from Scottish Borders Council’s (SBC) Sports Development team, Active Schools staff and Border Sport and Leisure Trust (BSLT).
