Culinary delights on menu at Border Union Show

A Food Fair dedicated to the Flavours of the Borders will be a highlight of this year's Border Union Agricultural Show in Kelso from Friday 28 - Saturday 29 July.

 Local food specialists will display a huge range of mouth-watering delicacies, from sumptuous seafood and locally produced meat, to potatoes, cheese, wine, honey and yoghurt.

There will also be an exciting celebrity 'Ready, Steady, Cook' competition, featuring well-known local chefs, in a demonstration kitchen next to the Food Fair. 

The Flavour of the Borders is supported by Scottish Borders Council, Scottish Enterprise Borders and Borders College.

Exhibitors this year include Floors Castle, D R Collin & Son, Gill Orde in Catering, Peelwalls Fine Wines & Ales, Borders Quality Beef, Peelham Farm Produce, Sandyknowe Yoghurt, Stichill Jerseys, Border Meringues, Hardiesmill 100% Aberdeen Angus Beef, Bairds Wines Ltd, Liddesdale Selection.
