Daffodil appeal of Council's catering manager
Wednesday, March 29 2006
Council catering manager Graham Clark joined thousands of CEOs and senior managers across the UK when he went Back to the Shop Floor on Thursday in aid of Marie Curie Cancer Care.
Graham, Scottish Borders Council's Catering and Building Cleaning Manager, donned apron and rubber gloves to wash up dirty dishes in the school kitchens at Broomlands Primary School, Kelso.
On hand to ensure that his work was up to scratch was School Cook, Kate Ross, and General Assistant, Valarie Douglas.
The effort is expect to raise £250 to help Marie Curie nurses to care for terminally ill cancer patients at home, free of
charge
