Enforcement

Unauthorised works and breaches of planning control

Where allegations are made that a development has been carried out without the necessary consent(s) having first been obtained, the Council will investigate that development and seek to regularise any breaches of planning control which may have occurred.

Similarly, where conditions attached to a planning consent have not been complied with, the Council will actively seek to enforce the terms of those conditions.
