Use these application forms should you propose the demolition of, or any alterations or extensions to a Listed Building. These
forms should also be completed should you propose the demolition of an unlisted building located in a Conservation Area.
If you do not own all the land or property to which the application relates you must notify other owners of your intention to submit an application.
