Current Local Plan
The Council agreed to adopt the Local Plan Amendment on 10 February 2010. The Amendment has been amalgamated with the Adopted Local Plan 2008 to form the Consolidated Local Plan.
The Consolidated Local Plan sets out detailed policies and proposals for the development and use of land to guide planning decisions. It protects the areas of value and sets out allocations for future:
- housing
- employment
- mixed use
- redevelopment
- schools
- crematoriums.
