Committee Reports, Minutes and Agendas
There are occasions when planning applications have to be referred to committee for a decision. Reports and minutes of Committee meetings can be viewed on the relevant web pages, as can the agendas of forthcoming meetings (follow the link in this paragraph).
Appeals
You can use the Appeals Search facility in our Public Access system to view appeals against decisions made by the Council lodged with the Directorate for Planning and Environmental Appeals (formerly the Scottish Executive Inquiry Reporters Unit). Our records go back to 1990. In addition, you can view monthly Committee Reports containing summary information on appeals.
