Forms (including Contact Us, and Complaints)
We use forms on this web site instead of e-mail addresses. They allow us to structure the text of your response; so you send
all the necessary information, and deliver it to an appropriate officer. They also help you when your usual e-mail address
is not available, or if you don't have one at all.
Most of our forms can be found within the sections of the council website they are associated with. Examples include: online vacancies
and direct debits.
Fault Reporting
You can now report a problem with one of our services by using LocalView. Once in LocalView you can select the type of fault, and then it's location by either post code, or by zooming into the map. Either method will ensure the fault is reported to the correct department, and that our officers will go to the correct location.
