1. As more than one person stands nominated a poll will be taken on Thursday 3 May 2007 between the hours of 7.00 am and 10.00 pm. The names of the candidates will be printed on the ballot papers for this constituency election in the same order as above.
2. A poll will also be taken for the election of seven Regional Members of the Scottish Parliament.
3. The polls at the Scottish Parliamentary election in this Constituency will be combined with the polls at elections to the Scottish Borders Council.
