Borders Voluntary Community Care Forum

The Borders Voluntary Community Care Forum (BVCCF) is an independent voluntary organisation that aims to represent the interests of local people in the planning and provision of community care services.  The Forum has a Border-wide membership made up of:

  • interested individuals
  • groups representing service users and carers
  • voluntary organisations.

BVCCF acts as a collective voice raising and addressing issues of concern with those responsible at a local and a national level.  The work of the Forum supports people to take part in a wide range of joint community care planning and working groups within the Scottish Borders Well-being Partnership.  The Forum works in partnership with Health and Social Work to improve local community care services.
