Homelessness Services
Homelessness Services are a specialist Social Work service offering support and advice on all matters relating to housing and homelessness.
The Homelessness Service can be contacted as follows:

Telephone us on 01835 865180 or visit us at 8 Burn Wynd, Jedburgh TD8 6BY. It is best to make an appointment. The office is open between 8.45am - 5.00pm every weekday.

You can also contact us through your local Social Work office (these close at 3.45pm on Fridays).

In emergencies, you can access the service by calling BorderCare on 01896 752111 (24 hours).

There is also a specialist housing advice freephone number on 0800 376 1138.
Specific information for people who are homeless is also available. This includes details of the homelessness assessment process, eligibility criteria and who to contact if you are unhappy with any aspect of the homelessness service.
