The Future of Day Services and Day Hospitals for Older People
Written on: Monday, Feb 18 2008 at 12:00 GMTWritten by: Social Work
Summary
Day services and day hospitals are an important part of the range of social care and health services provided for older people in the Borders. Scottish Borders Council, NHS Borders and the voluntary sector are working with user and carer representatives on a review of these services. They have produced a discussion paper which gives some suggestions on how services might be provided in the future.
This paper has been put out for consultation as they would like to hear the views of everyone involved with these services about the proposals.
The consultation period runs from:
- Monday 25 February to
- Monday 19 May 2008.
