Summary

The Supplementary Planning Guidance is intended to explain the application of Structure Plan and Local Plan policies on biodiversity assets in Scottish Borders, inform the operation of the Development Control process, inform developers and land managers about requirements of biodiversity conservation and how biodiversity may be protected and enhanced through the planning process.



Occasionally PDF Files do not display correctly.
At some point between downloading the file, your browser opening Adobe Reader, and then displaying the file - it has become corrupted.

Trying to re-open the PDF does not seem to help.

The following suggestions should help:

  • clear your cache (find out how)
    or
  • right click on the file, choose 'save target as' and save the pdf to your desktop. Double click the file to open it

  • the name of the file
  • the link (url) to the file
We will then arrange to get the file to you either by e-mail or a suitable alternative

It also helps to make sure that you have the lastest versions of:

  • your browser software (Safari, FireFox or Internet Explorer)
