Overall responsibility for all our operational and business functions rests with the Director of Education & Lifelong Learning, Glenn Rodger.  He, together with the four heads of service for the department (Schools - Yvonne McCracken and Jackie Swanston,  Community - Alan Hasson,  Business - Lynn Mirley and Quality - Kate Brown) are located at Council Headquarters in Newtown St Boswells TD6 0SA.
