If you want to pay your Council Tax by Direct Debit, download and print off this form. Then fill in the details it asks for and return the form to the address shown, or your nearest Council Contact Centre.

Occasionally PDF Files do not display correctly.
At some point between downloading the file, your browser opening Adobe Reader, and then displaying the file - it has become corrupted.

Trying to re-open the PDF does not seem to help.

The following suggestions should help:

clear your cache (find out how)
or
right click on the file, choose 'save target as' and save the pdf to your desktop. Double click the file to open it

If you are still having problems please contact us and include

the name of the file
the link (url) to the file

We will then arrange to get the file to you either by e-mail or a suitable alternative

It also helps to make sure that you have the lastest versions of:

adobe reader
your browser software (Safari, FireFox or Internet Explorer)
