Consultation and what you told us
Customer surveys are carried out on a quarterly basis involving past users of our consumer advice service. The response rates have been good. The survey questions are designed to provide feedback on our level of service together with details on service aspects wanted by consumers.
For the year 2006/2007:
- 77.4% were Very Satisfied with the service they received
- 16.8% were Fairly Satisfied with the service they received
- 2.0% were Fairly Dissatisfied with the service they received
- 3.8% were Very Dissatisfied with the service they received
