Performance
Each year, we are required to provide information to the Accounts Commission on our performance in relation to a range of our core activities. Targets are set at the beginning of each year, with a view to encouraging continuous service delivery improvement.
The following information gives an indication of our achievement for the year 1st April 2007 to 31st March 2008.
Indicator 1
We aim to address 50% of consumer complaints within 14 days
Currently we are achieving 57.2%
Indicator 2
We aim to deal with 100% of Business Advice Requests within 14 days
Currently we are achieving 99.2%
Indicator 3
We aim to carry out 100% of inspection visits to high risk premises, on time
Currently we are achieving 95.7%
Indicator 4
We aim to carry out 90% of inspection visits to medium risk premises, on time
Currently we are achieving 89%
