Supplier Development Programme

Would you like to know more about tendering for contracts?

Would you like support and advice to assist your business to compete for and win Council and other public sector contracts?

The Council's Supplier Development Programme (SDP) will work with businesses based throughout the Scottish Borders to build awareness of public procurement and contract opportunities by providing a range of information, specialist advice and training.

This support is designed to help prepare businesses to reach the stage required to tender for public contracts whilst delivering transferable business skills that will improve their overall competitiveness and profitability.

To register on the programme and gain access to a full range of support logon to www.sdpscotland.co.uk – registration is completely free for businesses based in the Scottish Borders.

To find out about upcoming contracting opportunities from Scotland's public sector agencies, local businesses should also register with national procurement portal www.publiccontractsscotland.gov.uk – registration is also completely free.
